Why ride with Nunuzi

Built for people who are already on the move.

Nunuzi runs on last-mile deliveries — gas, food, groceries and everyday errands across Nairobi. The driver app is built around what actually matters on the road: clear jobs, simple verification, and money you can see.

💰

Delivery fee + tips

Every completed order pays a delivery fee, and tips are added on top when a customer sends one — both shown separately in your weekly breakdown.

🏦

Cash out to bank or M-Pesa

Earnings build up in your in-app wallet. Once you hit the minimum balance, request a cash-out straight to your bank account or M-Pesa — no waiting for a fixed payday.

🛵

Ride what you already own

Register with a bike, scooter or car. The app only asks for the documents that match your vehicle — nothing extra to fill in.

📍

One tap to verify

Confirm pickup and delivery with a shared code or a quick photo — whichever Nunuzi has set for that order. No guesswork on what counts as "delivered."

📊

See your week at a glance

Active time, delivery time, completed orders and earnings — broken down by day, with a full order-by-order history you can look back on.

🔔

Support that's actually reachable

Flag an issue mid-delivery — a flat tyre, a wrong address, a delay — and get help or a backup rider without losing the order.

Getting started

From application to your first delivery.

Registration is split into two short stages so you're never filling in more than one thing at a time.

Register & verify your email

Start your application on the Nunuzi Delivery form with your basic details. You'll get a one-time code by email — confirm it to unlock the next step.

Stage 1 · Registration

Add your personal & vehicle information

Tell us how to reach you, then choose your vehicle type — bike, scooter or car. The app shows you exactly which documents that vehicle needs.

Stage 2 · Onboarding

Upload your documents

Upload clear photos of the requested documents. Some need both sides — the app will tell you which.

Get reviewed

Our team checks your profile and each document. If anything needs a retake, you'll get a note on exactly what to fix and resubmit.

Start receiving orders

Once approved, you're live. Go online in the app whenever you want to ride, and orders start coming through.

Ride your way

Three vehicle types, one application.

Two wheels

Bike

  • Best for food, groceries & small parcels
  • Fastest through Nairobi traffic
  • Lowest document requirement
Two wheels

Scooter

  • Good balance of speed & carrying space
  • Suited to gas cylinders & bulkier orders
  • Registration & insurance required
Four wheels

Car/Van

  • For larger or multi-drop orders
  • Weather-proof delivery
  • Full document set required
What you'll be moving

Never the same order twice.

One drop could be a gas cylinder to a home in the rain, the next a butchery order across town. Nunuzi Delivery covers it all under one app.

Essentials

LPG & household essentials

Doorstep delivery, rain or shine — customers track the rider the whole way.

Food & Merchants

Restaurants, butcheries & shops

Quick handoffs at the counter, verified with a code or a photo before you ride off.

Earnings & wallet

Know exactly what you've earned — every day.

Your earnings screen breaks the week down by day, and every day breaks down into commission and tips, so there's never a mystery number at the end of the week.

From the road
"Gas delivery, eh," the fundi said, nodding at the cylinder still strapped to the bike. "Someone's cooking tonight depends on you."

A flat tyre, a note that read "in-laws arriving at 8," and a rider who reported the issue, chose to finish the job himself, and kept the customer updated the whole way — that's a normal Tuesday for a Nunuzi rider. The app is built to make sure a hiccup on the road never turns into a broken promise at the door.

Questions

Good to know before you apply.

Do I need to own my vehicle?

You register with the vehicle you'll actually ride — bike, scooter or car. During onboarding you'll pick the vehicle type and upload the matching documents.

How and when do I get paid?

Your delivery fee and any tips are added to your in-app wallet as you complete orders. Once your balance passes the minimum cash-out threshold, you can request a payout to your bank account or M-Pesa.

What if a document expires?

You'll be prompted to resubmit starting a week before the expiry date. If it lapses without a resubmission, your account is paused in-app until an updated document is approved.

Can I change my vehicle later?

Yes — submit a vehicle update request in the app with the new details and documents. It goes live once reviewed and approved.

What do customers see about my order?

Customers get a live tracking link once you're on the way, so they always know where their order is — the same view that shows automatically if you report a delay.

Ready to start riding?

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Fill in your details, upload your documents, and we'll take it from there.
